Adult Non-Member Site Fee: $30

Adult Member Site See: $20

Youth and Children Ages 17 and under: Free

Pre-Registration will close on Tuesday, Nov 12th at 8 pm. All invoices must be PAID by Wednesday, Nov 13th at 8 pm.

NO ON-SITE INN!! HOWEVER…

We encourage you to bring your own lunch and snacks. Please be mindful of space, we encourage you to set up any food tables in the commons area in order to eliminate crowding in the fighting area. No live cooking or crockpots! No mess please!

There will be a fighter support table with snacks.

Food trucks will be parked in the parking lot outside and open for business.

9:00am Inspections/Authorizations/Pickups

10:00am Archery Tournament

10:00am Armored Combat Novice Tournament

10:00am TfT Cut & Thrust Tournament

TfT Armored Combat Tournament to follow Novice Tournament
Armored Melees to follow TfT Armored Combat Tournament
Evening Court at Their Majesties’ discretion
2:30- Iren Fyrd meeting
3:15- Iren Hus meeting

Between 3:00pm and 4:00pm Marine Corps Toy Pick Up

8 pm – Site Closes

Toy Donations

Novice Armored Tournament: Must not have an AoA level fighting award and have not won a tournament before. The tournament is open weapon system; single or double elimination will be determined the day of. Entry fee is 1 toy of $5.00 value.

TfT Armored Tournament: Open to all authorized fighters. The tournament is open weapon system. Entry fee is 1 toy of $5.00 value.TfT

Cut & Thrust Tournament: Open to all authorized fighters. The tournament is open weapon system; single or double elimination will be determined the day of. Entry fee is 1 toy of $5.00 value.

TfT Archery Tournament: Open to all archers no authorization needed. No crossbows. Entry fee is 1 toy of $5.00 value.

AWARD FOR MOST TOYS DONATED!

As before, we will have an award for Most Toys Donated INDIVIDUAL and Honorable Mention for
Most Toys Donated GROUP. Make sure to designate where you want your Toy(s) to go when you turn them in! The Marine Corps needs your help! Bring as many toys as you can and help families have a great
Holiday. The Marine Corps only accepts NEW toys. Please try to give toys that are a minimum of $5 in value.
